The Essex Dog Training Centre was created by Canine Expert Roy Dyer MBE, who is the current Director of Training, to assist and guide all dog owners with puppies or adult dogs with renowned methods. These same methods are being used in all classes by the experienced volunteer instructors.
The methods were also used for training display dogs for 28 displays for the royal tournament in Earls Court and dog display teams for 11 years for Crufts dog show, display teams for Queen Elizabeth Jubilee at Hyde Park and Windsor and 3 dog display teams at Sandringham House.
Also 25 celebrities and their own dogs were trained for Sports Relief and the Centre has been included in numerous other top television appearances.
In 1995 the Centre created the worlds leading Cynophobia Assistance Dogs methods and in 1990 were founders of the National Service Dog Bravery and Achievement Awards.
